How do I get started?
You may book a free 30 minutes consultation session by phone call or by Zoom. Our designer teams are happy to answer your questions and explain to you about our design process. We will make an appointment to meet in your home for initial consultation. Please share with us about your idea and preference design during the consultation session.
Do you offer free consultation?
Yes, we provide free consultation up to 1 hours. We will advise you on free space planning and conceptual design if you are able to share with us your existing layout. So, no worry, just make us busy. With the layout provided, we can advise you on budget planning too.
What is the design process?
Our design process involved 5 steps.
- Initial meeting to get more information on the project, then we will proceed to the next step for layout and concept proposal.
- Proposal will take 5 days to complete, including a first draft budget for the design work.
- Appointment to be schedule for layout and and concept proposal presentation.
- Proceeding to 3D proposal, once 3D design is confirmed, we will provide an accurate quotation for this project.
Once confirmed on the quotation, details drawing, construction drawing and specs list to be prepared and we can proceed with the renovation work.
Do you provide warranty after the renovation is done?
We provide a 60 days limited warranty, specifically on workmanship after the renovation is completed. Terms & Conditions applied.
Are you licensed and insured?
We are an official CIDB registered company and we are a fully insured company carrying 2 million in third party liability coverage. Our company always adheres and follows very strict safety protocols to comply with Malaysia rules and regulations.
